Gear Rental
To book your kit hire please email us at info.gooddivers@gmail.com with your height, weight and shoe sizes so we can determine your gear sizes.

To secure gear please ensure bookings is made and paid for

The diver is required to pick up and return their rental equipment to the dive shop. Divemasters will not take it to the site or return it after your dive
-
When any scuba gear (BCD, regulators, tanks) is collected we require proof that the person using the scuba gear is a certified diver.
-
By renting you are agreeing to return the equipment by close of business on day of return in a washed, reasonable condition
-
It is your responsibility to inspect and test the equipment to ensure working order upon pick up. You will be expected to pay a fee for any breakages or loss of equipment

No refund will be given once booking is confirmed

Good Divers: Return & Refund Policy
​
At Good Divers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. Because scuba equipment is life-support equipment, our policy ensures that every item we sell is safe and reliable.

1. Change of Mind Returns
​
If you change your mind about a purchase, we offer a store credit or exchange under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Condition: Items must be in "as-new" condition—unused, unworn, and in the original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on:

Used or wet equipment (Masks, Snorkels, Wetsuits, etc.).
-
Custom-ordered items or special "non-stock" requests.
-
Gift Cards.
-
Life-support equipment that has been out of the box (Regulators, Computers, BCDs) unless it is a clear manufacturing fault.

2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
​
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

If the failure is not major, we will have the item repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe.

Warranty Claims: Most dive gear carries a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years). Good Divers will act as your liaison with the manufacturer to process these claims as quickly as possible.​

3. Sizing Exchanges
​
We understand that fit is critical in diving. If you purchase a wetsuit, BCD, or fins that do not fit:

Bring them back (dry and unused) within 7 days for a size exchange.

We highly recommend coming into our Melbourne shop for a professional fitting before purchase to avoid disappointment.

POLICY
Refund Policy

100% full refund before 7 days of course orientation or the start of the date.
-
50% of full payment refund 3days before course start date.
-
Refund is not available 2days or less before course start, however credit will be issued and can be used within 1 year (when schedule is available).
