PreRequirements:
Minimum age: 18 years old.
Certified Advanced Open Water Diver (or equivalent certification).
Prior experience with nitrox and decompression diving is recommended.
General good health and swimming skills.
What you will learn:
The FX-CCR Rebreather course is designed to provide divers with the skills and knowledge to safely and effectively use a closed-circuit rebreather system:
Rebreather Principles: Learn the science behind closed-circuit systems, oxygen management, and CO2 absorption.
FX-CCR Equipment Setup: Gain hands-on experience assembling, configuring, and maintaining the FX-CCR rebreather system.
Gas Monitoring and Management: Understand how to monitor oxygen and diluent levels and handle gas switches.
Buoyancy Control: Master precise buoyancy techniques for rebreather diving.
Emergency Procedures: Develop responses to system malfunctions, including manual oxygen control and bailout scenarios.
Silent Diving Benefits: Experience the advantages of bubble-free diving for closer interaction with marine life.

Knowledge Development:
Classroom instruction covering FX-CCR rebreather technology, dive planning, and risk management.
Water Training:
Practice pre-dive checks, assembly, and buoyancy control in a controlled environment.
Simulate emergency scenarios, including oxygen management and bailout procedures.
Introductory dive focusing on equipment familiarity and buoyancy control.
Intermediate dive practicing silent diving techniques and gas monitoring.
Advanced dive emphasizing extended dive times, gas switches, and emergency drills.
Final Assessment:
Demonstrate competency in FX-CCR rebreather operation, emergency handling, and dive planning.
