Welcome to the next chapter of your technical diving journey! At Good Divers, we believe in providing the best training for everyone from recreational enthusiasts to technical explorers. The TDI Extended Range course is the ultimate "deep air" challenge, allowing you to explore the stunning underwater landscapes of Australia and beyond to a maximum depth of 55 metres without the need for helium.

PreRequirements:
(these requirements must be met prior to commencement of training):
Minimum age 18
Certified as a TDI Advanced Nitrox Diver and TDI Decompression Procedures Diver, or equivalent
Proof of a minimum of 100 logged dives, of which 25 must be deeper than 30 metres/100 feet

Our experienced and passionate instructors will guide you every step of the way as you master the skills needed for true deep diving adventures.
Deep Air Procedures: Master the techniques and equipment requirements for diving to 55 metres using air as your bottom gas.
Gas Management: Learn to utilize multiple stage or decompression cylinders with nitrox or 100% oxygen mixtures for accelerated decompression.
Advanced Safety Drills: Refine your buddy rescue skills, narcosis checks, and the deployment of surface marker buoys from depth.
Physiology & Physics: Gain a deep understanding of nitrogen narcosis, oxygen toxicity, and advanced decompression theory.
